Online Purchases
You may cancel an online order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at allovertheshopnw@gmail.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can cancel your purchase in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.

In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in store cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you have changed your mind, no longer want the item or it doesn't fit.
